Joshua has been a resident tattoo artist in Next Level since early 2009, he has had over 8 years of experience within the industry and received training in a few different studios in Weston. This led to a 6-year apprenticeship under the watchful eye of his mentor and Next Level founder, Frank Ayrton of Peterborough.

Her style tends to have a bold, solid, finish to it with a modern traditional edge, though she does also enjoy working in the same style but with a finer line. She very much likes tattooing pieces that take inspiration from decorative art, anything from Paisley textiles to floral artistic works.
Originally from Cambridgeshire where she gained a national diploma in art and design, she moved to Lincolnshire to study a degree in fashion design and illustration; basing her dissertation on bodily adornment and modification, she worked at a few creative jobs whilst getting tattooed in her spare time until eventually getting a tattoo apprenticeship.

Josh Burgess

He spent a large part of his teenage years painting graffiti on the Bristol art scene. He became interested in getting tattooed while studying for his degree and developed a keen interest in the art form. His creative background comes from graffiti, illustration and screen printing and he incorporates elements from these things into a traditional/illustrative style of tattooing he does at the studio.

Abby joined the Next Level team as a full-time semi-permanent makeup artist in 2017. Abby trained with Finishing Touches Group, who are pioneers within the semi-permanent makeup industry, proudly being the only micropigmentation training body to work alongside the NHS training doctors and surgeons in the art of semi-permanent makeup.
