Joanne and Rob welcome you to the Kimberley where a warm and happy welcome awaits. Our quality guesthouse is located overlooking the North Bay Scarborough with spectacular views of the sea and Scarborough Castle, we have parking available for eight cars. We are close to all Scarborough's North Side amenities, 100 yards from Scarborough Cricket ground and a short distance from the town centre and South Bay.
We have a fully licensed bar / dining room with direct sea views. All our rooms are en-suite with flat screen TV's and Egyptian cotton bedding. A full breakfast is included within your room cost which can be selected from our breakfast menu, we cater for special diets, please contact us with your requirements.

Stunning does not do it justice. Jo is a wonderful host opening her home and making us feel like family not just guests. The room was excellent clean tidy and the bed was super comfy. The view was magnificent. I can not recomend this guest house highly enough 5 stars doesn't do it justice.

Beautiful breakfasts cooked by Rob.
A varied breakfast menu, for even the most fussy palate.
Nothing is too much trouble at Kimberley.
Some guests we saw, were actually crying at their luck in finding such a fine B&B.
Hard to believe, but I know what I saw.
Strongly recommend this establishment.
You won't go far wrong.

I had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location with great views.
The owners were great, nothing was to much trouble and they defiently went the extra mile.
The rooms were lovely. They were clean and had all the amenities you need.
Breakfast was really nice and great atmosphere. The only thing I'd change is maybe having a jug of water as well as the orange juice, I didn't ask at the time but I know if I did it would have been provided.
The owner also made little cakes and biscuits left out for guest which were delicious and a great little touch. I will definitely be staying again.

The Kimberly is run by a nice couple who take care to ensure your every need is met. It has a lovely location on the quieter, north side of town. I was given a choice of rooms, all of which are en suite. Both rooms offered had a sea view. The rooms were very clean, if a little on the smaller side. I had a comfortable and quiet night there. The breakfast was everything you'd expect, a full cooked Yorkshire, or toast, and cereals, juices and fruits. Would stay again if in the area.
