Sport Massage

We offer both sports massage and deep tissue massage at our Edinburgh clinic so we can take the best possible care of your health. By adding massage to your treatment plan now, you'll feel the health benefits far into the future. Deep tissue massage is similar in many ways to a Swedish massage, however you'll feel that the applied pressure is deeper at times although of course we can alter this to suit the individual and the presenting complaint.
