Matt's very professional, takes his time and obviously enjoys what he does. Matt tunes my baby grand twice a year and has done so for years. Also very knowledgable when it comes to buying pianos either from him or elsewhere.

Matt has been tuning the family's pianos for years. Always delivers a professional tune with a quality service. I love the first play after the tune as it feels like new! In the process of buying a second piano from Waterson Pianos. So lucky to have such a skilled gentleman just around the corner.

Matt came to tune my daughters Bechstein piano yesterday and did a superb job. He was so professional and courteous and took his time to ensure we were completely happy with everything.
Matt has tuned our piano several times over the years and I find him to be the best in the business, and very reasonably priced and very efficient with communication. Would highly recommend.
