Very friendly staff, lovely room, we stayed in the Venice sweet. We would definitely return the next time we are in Nottingham.

The beds ware very uncomfortable, very noisy area and could hear all the noise inside the room, it was very hot inside the room as there ware no air conditioning in the rooms, the pillows was super uncomfortable too, one of the chairs was broken and couldn't use it - whats the point of keeping the broken stuff in the rooms when they r not useful, we ware charged 10 extra for somebody elses Car Space from the beauticians / Dental Team instead of using their own spaces of the hotel. I will score it 1/10 and will neither recommend it to anyone else nor i will go there again.

Original review: Me and my partner stayed here with a friend on New Years Eve, and had the best time! The house is stunning, warm and very quiet considering it's based on a busy road so close to the centre!
5 minute walk to city centre, plus loads of shops and take aways close by, parking on roads nearby.
Dave and Marina made us feel very welcome during our stay. They were friendly and helpful when we needed them and the room was incredible we were out to impress that night and
