What areas do you cover?
We serve Wirral towns including Heswall, West Kirby, Irby, and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, we don't cover Liverpool or Ellesmere Port.
Do you offer emergency services?
We don't provide emergency call-outs but offer pre-booked maintenance visits with 24/7 message support for urgent inquiries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques, and bank transfers. Card payments aren't available to avoid additional fees for customers.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes, we hold multiple trade qualifications including City & Guilds and EAL certifications, with full public liability insurance coverage.
What services are excluded?
We don't undertake plumbing, roofing, paving, fencing, or commercial landlord work as specified in our terms of service.
Do you provide warranties?
All work carries a 12-month warranty covering materials and workmanship, with specific terms outlined during project consultations.
