I'm Sean Foster, the Managing Director of The Mattress World. I have been involved in the bed, mattress and furniture industry for over 20 years, it's an industry I love being a part of and I am passionate about!
Our showroom and warehouse is based in Clayton-le-Moors in the heart of Lancashire, so we are ideally placed with access to the very heart of the bed and mattress manufacturers, most of whom are situated just over the border in Yorkshire.Over the past 20 years, we have offered our range of beautiful beds, mattresses, headboards, furniture and accessories at great prices, helping our customers improve their quality of relaxation, rest and sleep.

We have a huge range of mattresses, beds and furniture in stock in our warehouse, ready for delivery. We deliver locally with our own fleet of vehicles to all postcodes within a 100 mile radius of our showroom in Clayton-le-Moors, Lancashire. For BB postcodes (or those very close to us) we can usually deliver the same day or certainly within 24 hours.

There are lots of things to consider when deciding what size and type of bed you should buy - your quality of sleep is everything, so comfort should be a priority. Remember when measuring, if you are looking at a bed frame, it will usually be slightly bigger than the mattress. Certain bed styles - like sleigh beds have curved ends and that can change the dimensions quite dramatically.
