Most disgusting place going it's very dirty and also the staff don't treat apprenties with any respect. They slagged my girlfriend of in a group chat which is not very nice and made her do everything while they sit around being lazy. never helped her with anything and made her clean moldy food out the fridge. she went to do a hairdresser apprentership not a cleaning job

My hair cut was good, thank you. My issue is with the 'eyebrow shaping' appointment I had afterward. Having had my brows (expensively) HD defined symmetrically in a shape that suited my face I explained that I didn't want any shaping. Merely the strays below the brows, the regrowth, waxed away. Instead she shortened both brows from the middle. One more so than the other! The way this was dealt with was to give me my 8 quid back and come back in 6 weeks!!! For a re-do?? I spent over 80 at the salon to feel good and have come home feeling devastated, with a wonky looking face! When/if my brows
