Laser Cutting
Our advanced laser cutting systems handle sheet metal up to 6215mm x 2595mm in materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper. We maintain precision tolerances for both simple and complex geometries, supporting prototyping through to volume production. Our capabilities extend to 30mm mild steel and 40mm stainless steel, with automated systems ensuring consistent quality across batches.
Sheet Metal Folding
With six high-capacity press brakes, we fold sheet metal up to 6000mm in length with 640-tonne pressing force. Our equipment handles complex bends and angles while maintaining dimensional accuracy. The folding department works seamlessly with our cutting and fabrication teams to ensure consistent quality across multi-stage projects, from simple brackets to intricate structural components.
Metal Fabrication
Our fabrication capabilities include TIG, MIG, spot, and coded welding for diverse materials including exotic metals.
