A large brick late Victorian property replaced its derelict rear conservatory with a large contemporary extension containing a kitchen and family room. Refurbishment of interior spaces, lounge, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom and bathrooms.

We design (and build) private housing developments through property developers and private clients, these include new build, renovations and conversions (listed buildings) as well as extensions of existing properties. We can also design social housing schemes for housing association clients either as new build or conversions and renovations.

Our designers have a track record of providing solutions for school's build projects, having worked closely with the local Diocese school's new build extension and refurbishment schemes throughout the region during their careers. Today we offer academies and other faith schools and other independently funded educational establishments our skills and experience in bringing about their future build projects.

Design & Construction consultants. Big enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care providing services in Residential, Educational, Interior Design and Refurbishments. Our D&B arm have been providing a service since 2010 across the north-east for a variety of clients and sectors. We are currently building in Peterlee and Seaham and recently finished a project in Newcastle.
