Excellent service & Cost. We needed a van for 10 days and got a quote from every Norwich based Firm. Barford was the cheapest available so we booked. The service was excellent, the flexibility and helpful staff made a huge difference. The van was good and clean and ideal fit what we needed. Barford will now be our first port of call.

Pick up mini bus on Saturday morning 4th December met with a very polite and professional young man to do hand over all done in around 15 minutes and on my way returned mini bus 9th December again same young man all done very quick around 15 minutes absolutely professional set up will definitely use again and would have been more stars if I could thank you made the hole experience very easy

Honestly baffled as to the reviews of this place. Website is appalling to use and has conflicting information everywhere. No indication of actual availability on the website and no idea if booking is actually successful (they're happy to take card details for what is essentially an enquiry though). After 3 days trying to get it to work and having an email ignored finally rang to be told zero availability of any kind due to the "Christmas rush"? Whatever that means in October.
