Weve used Vital Vehicle Care 10+ times over the last 4-5 years and they have been faultless every time. Whether its replacing our door mirror, car door, injectors, brakes or suspension no job too big or small. Recently had our 4x4 dropped there on the back of a truck with what was a serious engine fault, Alex and team had it back on the road within days. I could not recommend them more, would not go anywhere else.

The garage is clean, well organised and maintained. They have been looking after services for my cars for last few years. Never had to complain about anything. No hard sales. Straight forward advice and reliable work

I don't usually write reviews but these guys were taking the piss. I told Alex to change my wheel bearing, apparently he couldn't take it out of the hub so I thought ok. Then I've went to a different, nearby garage and the guys never had an issue! Alex charged me 80 for his time, even though he hasn't fixed my car. Unfortunately I cannot reccomend these guys. Very poor service

Im reposting an edited review as I was sent a letter from the director demanding it be removed or he would take me to court for defamation... (wonder how many other reviewers have received a similar letter when left a bad review)
We took our car to this garage after our BMW started to make a funny noise. We were told it was likely to be the timing chain & in order for it to be changed the whole engine would need to be taken out as its a major job. We agreed to a price of around 1200 for this to go ahead. The car was left with them for 6 days. It was collected and driven the 3 mile journey
