Tom and Doug are great. We always buy are tools direct from this store online or call in when we need an explanation of a specific tool. As always both are very helpful.

Thank you Thomas for making my experience a good one. I ordered a tool from you all at a great price and it was delivered as promised. Unfortunately one of the pieces was damaged. I sent a message to you over the weekend and you responded positively with a solution first thing Monday morning. I was not expecting this. Way to go. Yes I will place orders with you and your team again without hesitation. Cheers!

After looking everywhere for a XXL Milwaukee Heated Zip Hoodie for my dad for Christmas, I finally found it on Tool Nut. Not only did they have a great price on the jacket, but they also got it to me very quickly. They accidentally sent me an XL and it arrived a few days before Christmas. All I did was call and explain the situation and they made sure they got the right size to me before Christmas came!!! Awesome company and amazing customer service!! I wouldnt order from anywhere else when it comes to Tool Nut! Oh and my dad loved the heated jacket! He wears it every day to work!

Absolutely hate any store that promises $10 off plus free shipping on your first order if you sign up for their email distribution just to find out afterwards that it's $10 off of a $150 order. Well, I have no intentions to buy anything from these guys... ever.

Having ordered a number of tools from various large box stores and some of the most well known online only retailers, I can assuredly state that Tool Nut has one of the best Customer Service departments around. Items have always been delivered within the estimated shipping time at checkout, and any questions I send there way are promptly replied to. Pair all this with a vast array of inventory which is always competitively priced, and they are very hard to beat. Glad to have found this Tool Nut!
