Tapco HomeDry was established in 1971, simply as Tapco (Treatment and Preservation company) and has steadily grown into one of the most established and reputable damp proofing, basement conversion, water damage, woodworm, dry rot and property maintenance companies, in London and the Home Counties. I started the company in response to a growing need for professional preservation companies, as the property market rapidly grew.
Since then it has evolved under my daily management, into a team of experts I am proud of, able to deal with all manner of property destroyers and defects, from the roof to the drains and everything in between. Investigations are carried out by our experienced, specialist technical surveyors, who are qualified to the high standards of the PCA (Property Care Association).
