Delivery Information
Report
Deliveries normally take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually between 8am to 6pm. Deliveries are made using a tail lift vehicle which requires a solid, flat surface for the offload. Unless otherwise requested, all deliveries are to the kerbside only (e.g. in the road adjacent to the kerb).

All products featured in the brochure are available online to buy here online at Paving Direct! Are you in the trade? Please give us a call on 01993608824 and we can arrange for a small box of brochures to be sent. This is extra handy to keep in the van, and pass brochures onto clients and help them chose their Paving!
Samples

Our Samples department is up and running. Please allow 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri) for your samples to arrive. If your samples have not arrived within 7 days, please give us a call on 01993608824 and we can chase these up for you. Occasionally, we do experience the odd delay that is beyond our control due to current circumstances.

Your project represents a considerable investment and should endure many years of seasonal change. Therefore, it is very important to consider the quality of the materials being used. There are many cheap blends of natural stone materials available that may not stand the test of time. Our landscaping products are never engineered to meet the lowest possible price.

You can cancel your order at anytime up to the end of the 14th working day from the date you receive the delivery of the ordered product. To cancel your order you must notify us by email. It is your responsiblity to pay for the return delivery of the goods. Please see our Terms & Conditions. Please report any breakages, damages etc. as soon as possible.
