Capabilities
Report
We are able to import all common file formats directly into our CAD/CAM software via email. Our planning department are able to advise customers on cost saving principles & assist with design. With our Lantek machine programming software we are able to produce efficient Laser & Punch nesting utilising the whole sheet.
Fabrication
Report
Small to medium batch production of precision sheet metal components including one off & prototype designs. High speed precision laser cutting with our Trumpf trumatic 3kw CNC laser 3.0 x 1.5 metre shuttle table. Our CNC punching service includes a comprehensive stock of punches and dies that enables us to deliver individual products quickly and without additional tooling costs.
Finishing
Report
We offer a wide range of powder & wet coated metal finishes including polyester, epoxy and epoxy/polyester hybrids to suit most applications, decorative and/or protective. A range of gloss levels and smooth, textured, leatherette and antique finishes are available. We can produce larger parts up to 3 metres in length and have developed the expertise to produce features including two tone colour schemes.
Design & Other
Report
Using the latest CAD software from Solidworks, Lantek & Alphacam our design & planning staff are able to import customer's digital drawings directly to machine programmes. We offer an advisory service to our customers design requirements & offer our sheet metal expertise to reduce costs & improve quality wherever possible.
