My wife had stairlift fitted 30/09/2021 .from the bottom of the stairs is very good but as the stairlift at the top of the stairs just a 3rd on the top step landing
.does not fully land on the landing.my wife needs help to get of the stairlift at the top.she can not use it with out help all the time.not very safe?.

We had a stair lift fitted by EMS that needed to go up 2 flights of stairs. From the first appointment to the fitting of the stairlift everyone from this company has been caring, considerate , friendly and professional. They listened to our requests of what we wanted and what we didn't want. Every step of the way service was 100% and we recommend this company to anyone considering getting a stairlift. We are so pleased with our stairlift and it has made so much difference to my husband's life.

Super company. Lift installation flawless and support readily available 24 hours per day. Great benefit to my 94 year old Mother and is actually helping her to recover from illness by the ability to get down the stairs. Her carers reckon the best lift that they have seen
