Called Ecoglow first thing in the morning as my hot water had suddenly stopped working and was hoping they could come round and have a quick look which they were happy to do early afternoon. Craig suggested a couple of things to try in the meantime to try and narrow the problem down and in doing so I found the problem which was due to separate works being carried out in the house.
