The first step to becoming a member of our kickboxing club is to try out a beginners class. We give you two FREE classes to try us out, if you enjoy your first class then come for another before you decide to join. Tracksuit bottoms and a T-Shirt or any aerobic clothing will do to start with and when you decide to join a uniform will be provided.

Our Little Ninjas program focuses on improving pre-school age children's basic motor and listening skills.

Our popular kids kickboxing classes follow a detailed curriculum that provides children with a wide range of benefits from self defense skills and physical fitness through to improved confidence. Our children's kickboxing classes for 7-12 year olds offer a similar program to our adult classes. Extra focus is given to building skills in the areas of teamwork, control, balance, fitness and co-ordination.
