Our team of four GP Partners, supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. GP Consultations
Our experienced GPs provide comprehensive consultations for acute and chronic health conditions. Patients can book face-to-face, telephone, or text appointments with their preferred doctor. The practice offers same-day urgent appointments and routine bookings up to seven days in advance through multiple access channels.
Repeat Prescriptions
Secure online prescription ordering available via NHS App or Patient Access. Requests take 48 hours to process, with medication reviews conducted when necessary. Patients can nominate pharmacies for electronic prescriptions through the NHS digital platform.
Urgent Appointments
Urgent medical concerns are prioritised with daily slots available. Patients can access same-day appointments through online consultation forms, phone calls, or in-person visits during specified hours. Clinicians assess urgency to allocate appropriate care resources efficiently.
Pharmacy First Service
Pharmacists provide prescription medications for specific minor conditions without GP appointments. Available treatments include impetigo, earache, sore throat, and urinary tract infections within defined age ranges, promoting self-care and reducing unnecessary consultations.
Extended Access
Registered patients can book appointments during extended hours through the North Staffordshire GP Federation. This service offers flexible access to healthcare professionals outside standard practice hours while maintaining continuity of care with the main practice team.

Use our Online Consultation Service between 8am-4pm (Mon-Fri, Thu until 1pm), call 01782 831101 during opening hours, or visit the surgery in person.
What prescription services are available?
Request repeat prescriptions via NHS App, Patient Access, or our prescription line (10am-2pm). Collect medications 48 hours later or nominate a pharmacy for electronic transfers.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes, through our Extended Access service with the North Staffordshire GP Federation. Ask reception for availability or check NHS App for booking options.
How does the Pharmacy First service work?
