All face to face services are now reinstated, with precautions in place for social distancing and smaller group numbers. Our services can be broken down into two key areas: Our Crisis Service, and our Wellbeing Club. Each service runs differently, to help tackle the different obstacles in your journey towards recovery. The crisis service is designed to support people who are experiencing mental/emotional distress and is accessible by phone, or face-to-face in our mobile crisis hub (above).

We are looking for people with lived experience of mental health difficulties, who can help us to shape our services. The committee members will work on a voluntary basis, and should be able to commit 2 hours per month for the attendance of committee meetings. Committee members will assist with service design and strategic planning, advocating for community need, and seeking and providing valuable feedback regarding our services.
