Our Award winning family run business has been providing the North East with premium American Hot Tubs and Spas since 2006 and we pride ourselves in our superior after-sales care. 5 months on since we got our swim spa, it's used every day, it's a sensory playground & hydrotherapy pool for our son Jack who has cerebral palsy, it's really been life changing for us as a family, we can all enjoy it together.

We are with you every step of the way and getting the most out of your Spa is just as important as finding the right one. An amazing transformation completed in early 2021 for the 'T' Family. With the addition of Trex composite decking, we created a functional area in their garden that was once unused because of the incline down the side of their property. With a seating/dining area leading to a chillout area.
The 'C' Families garden project was a unique design for North Spas as until we completed this project, there has never been a Pelican Bay Hot Tub delivered into the North East as it is such a new design of tub in the Artesian range, this was a first.One of our favourite transformations from 2020 was this complete garden makeover in Darras Hall, Newcastle.
