The practice was established by a Craig Robinson in 1898. For many years the practice was based in Aglionby street, Carlisle, close to the two cattle markets which used to operate in the city centre, and close to the council's horse yard for which Craig Robinson was the vet. Craig's son Willie joined the practice and eventually Willie's son, also called Craig, took over.

Fantastic friendly staff, my dog is nervous around vet surgeries but all the staff were great with him. I came in with my dog Flynn who had ruptured his cruciate ligament back in October. After surgery MMP, he's now back to enjoying his walks off of the lead. I would highly recommend this practice. Thanks again for your help and support throughout Flynn's surgery and after care.

Have taken two of my cats to this practice and have been very happy with the service .
Where I have found other practices very overpriced, I was very surprised and please with the price I paid for consultation and treatment.
I also felt that they were not trying to get you to spend more money, and took the approach of what's more beneficial to my pets, rather than trying to get more money out of me which I have found in a few practices in Carlisle .
Will definitely be using them in the future.

Today we had to have our beautiful golden retriever put to sleep. A peace of our hearts has been taken forever. The vet and staff at Craig Robinson were so kind and compassionate giving me time with Megan before and after she fell asleep, explaining all that would happen. I want to thank you all so much at making this hard time more bearable.

Not stupid price like others vet's have. I don't really think that animals care should be so expensive. Some of the vets charge £75 just for the visit not included treatment costs. That's so wrong!!!!
I will recommend you because you are very good vet's and not rob your customers like other vet's do. You are really care about the animals life not about customer pockets.
