Dealt with Louis from the start when we were looking for our new van. He was super communicative and totally upfront about the van. He wasn't trying to hide anything at all, which was really refreshing! No massive sales pitch or pressure and he was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure the van was in tip top shape for when we agreed to pick it up and was there on his day off to make sure the hand over went smoothly. Really pleased with our new van, would definitely recommend Louis and Vans North West, they were brilliant to buy through and we were made up with the deal we got and the next adventure

Louis, at Vans North West was extremely helpful with the purchase of Transit Custom we purchased a few weeks ago. The Van was in great condition and the purchase was hassle free. The company and louis managed to get the Van Serviced and MOT'ed within two days and complete the required works to the van. This ensures that our new employees had no down time with out a vehicle and that we could continue with business as usual. We are a growing company and plan to buy and sell vehicles using Louis and Vans North West again in the very near future.
