We strive to use our extensive knowledge and sympathetic approach by creating a fitting experience for you to honour the life of a loved one. We cater to your specific needs and can meet you at a time most convenient for you, either at our offices or your home.
In the Event of a Death

If a person has passed away in their own home, or at a residential address, their doctor should be called before you contact us. Either their doctor or the on-call duty doctor if it is out of hours, will attend to confirm that the person has passed away. Once the doctor has confirmed the passing, we may be contacted.
Funeral Arrangements

Government restrictions remain in place for funerals at all crematoria, churches, chapels and indoor service venues across Wales, but we will do our best to accommodate mourners wherever possible.
New local lockdown regulations allow mourners living outside Newport to pay both their last respects at our chapel and to attend funerals, as long as permitted numbers are observed, however, this compassionate exception does not extend to receptions following funerals.Of course, if you are self-isolating or experiencing symptoms, then you should not attend a funeral.
