Purchased a 21 plate van (the budget kept creeping up) from the guys at Salop and they couldnt have been more helpful. Abigail and Ade had all the time in the world and answered all questions and were forthcoming with any knowledge they had. Its early days with my van but I have a feeling Ill go back for the upgrade in a few years. I love it when I find a company that care like they do!

Brilliant experience. After contacting them, because they had the spec I was after, Amanda arranged a meeting, showed me the van, talked me through everything (pros and cons of that spec) and helped me make the right decision. So pleased with our van. They didn't hide imperfections (some are used vans) but were totally transparent - the odd bump or age related mark (ours had 90k on the clock). And when we had a tiny warranty issue, they just sorted it - no problem. Ady was brilliant - so knowledgable. They even threw in a pretty big upgrade during the warranty to offset the inconvenience! Once I purchased my van I was completely left alone. No after care, nothing. I spent an extra 800 on a reverse camera/stereo system which has been a continuous problem since buying. I kept calling up asking for help and the response I kept getting was its not our product so we cant help...the warranty package was dreadful also. I feel these guys sell basic vans, tart them to look special for way too much money.

When I bought a VW T5 from Salop Vans for our business I was really pleased with the purchase and customer service I received. Little did I know that this would continue throughout our ownership of the vehicle. It is always a pleasure to phone up and book to see them whatever the reason. Wherever possible they will lend us a van to use while ours is looked at and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. A nice team, friendly, professional and of course beautiful Volkswagen vans!
