Services
CCTV Drain Surveys
Our CCTV drain surveys use high-resolution cameras to inspect underground pipes for blockages, cracks, or structural issues. This non-invasive method provides accurate diagnostics, enabling targeted repairs and preventing future problems. Ideal for pre-purchase checks or recurring drainage issues, the service ensures cost-effective, long-term solutions.
Jetting and Pipe Cleaning
High-pressure water jetting clears stubborn blockages and debris from drains and sewers. This efficient method restores flow and prevents future clogs. Suitable for domestic and commercial properties, its a reliable solution for maintaining clean, functional drainage systems without excavation.
Sewer Rehabilitation
We offer no-dig sewer rehabilitation techniques like patch lining and relining to repair damaged pipes. These methods eliminate the need for excavation, reducing disruption and costs while extending the lifespan of drainage infrastructure with minimal environmental impact.
Emergency Drain Unblocking
Available 24/7, our emergency service swiftly resolves blocked drains and sewers. Using advanced equipment, we clear obstructions promptly to restore functionality and prevent property damage, ensuring minimal downtime for residential and commercial clients.
Septic Tank Emptying
Regular septic tank emptying prevents overflow and maintains system efficiency. Our vacuumation services remove sludge and debris, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and extending the lifespan of septic systems in rural and off-grid properties.
Questions
How do I know if my drains are blocked?
Signs include bad smells, slow-draining water, gurgling sounds, or overflowing gullies. If neighbours aren't affected, the blockage is likely on your property.
What areas do you cover?
We operate nationwide across Scotland, including Elgin, Inverness, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and remote areas like the Highlands and Islands.
When would a CCTV drain survey be useful?
A CCTV survey identifies hidden issues like recurring blockages or structural damage, enabling targeted repairs and long-term solutions.
What is a Buchan Trap?
A Buchan Trap is an older clay U-bend system preventing sewer smells. Modern systems now use disconnecting chambers instead.
Who is responsible for clearing blocked drains?
Homeowners are responsible for drains within their property boundaries. Scottish Water handles public sewer blockages; contact them at 0800 0778778.

Billy and Robert were very professional and kept us informed of what was happening at every stage. We had a blockage to our waste pipe which was caused by an Afro comb falling into the toilet. The job was not an easy one and they even had to change vans to enable them to get a smaller camera and jetting hose into the old pipes that had bends in them which made it impossible to see were the comb was or get a jetting hose in. However they did not give up and found the blockage and cleared it which made us very happy! thanks guys.
