Lauren has a MEng in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Energy Futures. Initially, Lauren worked in the Civil / Oil & Gas Industry with experience in Structural Engineering and Drilling Engineering. At weekends, you'll find Lauren exploring Scottish hills. Alison joined the team in 2018 as UMS's Office Manager.
Alison keeps UMS's engine running with her knowledge on everything from finance to quality control. Alison served in the RAF as an Operations Officer and has a degree in Building Surveying. Alison's favourite way to spend time outside of work is with her two daughters at their caravan based in Blairgowrie.
