I am a professional pianist, and a piano enthusiast, and Gary has been tuning my pianos since the 1980s. He has always been conscientious, reliable and excellent at communicating. Plus his tuning is excellent, ...and I am picky! Always good to hear about his continuing professional development at Steinway (who built my own piano in 1978), and he and I have many conversations about the workings of the piano. I recommend him without hesitation.

Gary has been tuning my piano for over 10 years now and always does an excellent job, bringing a lot of care and attention to the work. I also did not hesitate to trust Gary with some fairly substantial refurbishment required on the piano, dealing with keys sticking and replacing felts. Gary is also a friendly and positive character. Overall, a delight to deal with.

Gary has been tuning my piano for many years. Always a good job. He is also an experienced piano technician, willing and able to delve into the mechanics of the instrument to mend/adjust parts. Gary always arrives on his bike - Bristol's original cycling tuner - and is highly recommended.
