Thank you for visiting my website, Elmsleigh cakes is a family run business, specialising in luxury bespoke handcrafted cakes. All our cakes are made with the freshest of ingredients, and contain no artificial preservatives. In 2017 and 2019 it was our great pleasure to be asked to Judge at the "Cake and Bake Show" at The New Forest County Show.
It was an honour to be asked and the most amazing time, there were some absolutely amazing bakes from contestants of all ages. It was so hard to judge between them, the quality of the bakes and the imagination and attention to detail that went into the designs was simply superb. By using a local suppliers, we have secured links to hundreds of artisan cheeses that you can choose from and you will easily find something that will please everyone.

Each cake I produce is expertly handmade to order using real butter, farm fresh eggs and high quality ingredients. I use delicious professional sugarpaste to cover and specialist modelling and flower pastes for decorations. All of our cake toppers, sugar flowers and edible art are handmade and made just for your order.

We are very fortunate and grateful to all these beautiful and varied venues who recommend and support us. We are so lucky to live in such an amazing part of the south-east, amongst these venues would will find boutique hotels set right up on the beach, stunning gothic architecture and amazing grounds set deep in the heart of the New Forest, Outdoor events areas with shepherd huts for the back to nature couple.
