I contacted Premier feeling stressed and upset as my clutch had gone and I needed it fixing asap because my dad was coming to the end of his life and I needed the car to be with him. I mentioned this to Neil and cannot thank him enough for getting my car sorted so quickly that I was able to be with my dad on what turned out to be his last day. When I called Premier I was in a panic about getting the car recovered and fixed in time but Neil was so helpful and organised, as well as communicating everything to me, which really reassured me and helped at what naturally was a difficult time. The guys quickly identified the source of the problem (one that Range Rover Stockport couldn't !) and carried out the work quickly to resolve - several months on this is still the case and Premier will be my garage of choice going forwards.
