Picture Frames R Us started its journey as "Belshaw Gallery", originally located in Haslingden, Lancashire, and established in the 1970's, it then branched out to have another shop in Rawtenstall before opening another shop at 28 Clifton Street Lytham, then known as "Oscars Gallery".
