Arrived for my appointment and I asked if my wax could be done with warm wax instead of hot wax as hot wax makes me feel like my skin is burning and I cant deal with it. Was told no, they dont offer that for a Hollywood wax. I apologised and said I couldnt go through with the appointment to which I was told that I couldnt havent it how I wanted and I had to pay for it anyway as she couldnt get the time back. Absolutely disgraceful. Theyd rather you have a panic attack on the bed then give one minute of thought about customers well being. My choice was pay the money and go elsewhere

Had my first ever brazillian wax and the lady was absolutely lovely!!! I told her I was feeling anxious and nervous as I'm a first timer.. she put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable! We had a lovely little chat too, and some laughs!! I honestly highly recommend! thankyoi for such a lovely experience. xx

Had a pedicure and wow my feet have never felt better. Loved it and made me feel very special. The covid measures Amanda has worked so hard to put in place are excellent Thank you wouldn’t go anywhere else for our waxing or pedicure.
