Me-Time Therapies is a heart-based business where my primary aim is to help and be of benefit to you. I offer a range of Wellness therapies, courses and products. Creating a space where you can enjoy the experience of learning a new skill. My intention is for you to leave either a treatment or a course feeling nurtured and feeling the benefit of having time for you.

Me-Time Therapies has signed up to SME Climate Hub and has committed to help to cut carbon emissions and protect the planet. Creating a space for you to relax, to help reduce your stress levels and to help reduce your pain. Holistic therapies on offer are Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Indian Head Massage.

Mindfulness Course for Beginners

You will start feeling calmer and more at peace when you start implementing simple Mindfulness techniques into your life. By allowing yourself a few minutes to pause and do a 3-minute Breathing Space exercise can help you relax. It also allows you to reflect on the situation that might be causing you to feel anxious.

Me-Time Therapies can deliver Wellbeing at Work Packages within the Edinburgh and Lothian area. Self-care workshops which inc Aromatherapy, Hand Reflexology and short Mindfulness Meditations for groups.
Wellbeing Retreat Day – Self-Care Sunday

On the Wellbeing Retreat Day, I will introduce you to natural ways to incorporate Self-care easily into your busy life. Self-care is giving yourself a little bit of love and attention to your body and mind throughout the day.

Her aim is to make learning a fun and enjoyable experience for you whilst learning a new skill. Detailed manuals, all products and a nutritious lunch are provided; no additional charges.
