Your purchases are covered by Flames' own guarantee period, and beyond that our in house service department Flames Gas Services, who operate from the same premises in Little Aston, provide a comprehensive after sales service. Flames Gas Services are able to service and maintain your fireplace for its entire lifetime.

I've just had a fire fitted by this Flames and can only say it was a pleasure doing business with this company. I was kept in touch right from the initial visit to the showroom until completion. The two man team who installed the fire had to build a false chimney breast and then build in the fire. Flames fitted a new gas central heating boiler and new radiators to my apartment.
