Broadwood Music's recording studio is based in the heart of the Kent countryside and is fully equipped to provide high quality tracking for bands and artists to record songs and albums. We track through our amazing SSL AWS900 console and we can either perform ITB mixes or we can sum back out via the SSL for a fully analog flavor.
Songwriting

For most creative musicians, even those with home studios, the technicalities can get in the way. Theres nothing worse than having the creative flow interrupted by a computer glitch, dodgy lead or just plain not knowing how to do something! Also, you may be a songwriter with great ideas but no musical ability to make them a reality!

Wax Collector recorded their first album 'Tales From A Foreign Field ' here and a mighty fine sound was produced at Broadwood Studios. I have known Nick for many years both as a brilliant musician and a patient, understanding and knowledgeable studio engineer and producer who has a real understanding of what musicians want .This may sound patronising but I stand by my words as someone who has spent hundreds of hours in studios. He never imposes his views or direction but will offer flexible creative advice when needed. I have used many studios over the years and would say to any band or artistes

I got the Studio Experience Gift for Xmas, which made a childhood dream come true for me. Really cool recording experience at a charming studio one hour by train from London! Nick is really nice to work with. I had a fun time, and I very much appreciated his feedback, guidance and professionalism. Definitely recommendable, no matter how great or how poor your singing skills are. Will be back when the new studio is ready!
