Absolutely shocking service! Would not recommend them at all! We booked a morning slot, 730am-1pm.. we hadn't heard anything by 130pm so we called to find out what was happening as we had trades on site waiting for them, to be told they are running behind but they won't be long.... 530pm called again... Yh they will be with you shortly... We received an email around 6pm to say they are on their way! They didn't arrive until 730pm!! Completely unacceptable.

I've been waiting over two weeks for AnyJunk to collect waste from outside my flat. They still haven't done it. They have been utterly incompetent and unprofessional. They've repeatedly broken their promises, made endless excuses and failed to call me back. Absolutely awful experience.

Not bad, gentlemen, not bad at all. I left the waste outside which required removal and got stuck on a phone call just before they turned up. By the time I'd finished my call, the waste and the operatives were gone. I'm looking very closely at this company for all of my clients future bulk waste disposal requirements. Very slightly above the cost of our self-delivering, but only very slightly. I'm impressed.

Skip wasn't there on the day it should be! I emailed the next day and I was informed the provider went into quarantine (that's before the UK lockdown began...) and not making any work. New skip was then delivered 2 days late. The driver was lazy and wanted to leave it on the public road as it "won't fit" on our driveway.... And 2mins of "work" and it fitted with plenty of room!
