We aim to despatch all orders for in stock items the same working day Monday - Friday (there is no despatch at weekends or on Bank Holidays) if ordered before 3.00pm, orders placed after this time including Next Day Delivery items may be despatched the day after.
Any item that has this message on the product page "Special Order Item, Usually 1- 3 working days for despatch depending on day of order" next to the availability icon is ordered in to our shop as a Special Order.Once ordered these cannot be cancelled or returned if you change your mind without incurring a substantial restocking charge to cover returning the item to the supplier.

Payment is normally made via the website in GBP using any of the credit/ debit cards accepted by using the World Pay Secure Server or your Paypal account. Payment is made by credit or debit card by selecting that option or the Paypal option during checkout. If you do not wish to pay online you can do so over the telephone by credit/debit card - just call us on 01788 860391 during our opening hours.
