We offer comprehensive airframe and engine maintenance for most aircraft types up to 12,000 lbs MTOW. Our expertise covers composite and metal construction aircraft with piston or turbine engines. With CAA Part CAO approval, we manage continued airworthiness requirements and provide scheduled maintenance, defect rectification, and AOG support. Avionics Repairs
As the UK's leading glass cockpit avionics provider, we offer maintenance and installation for Garmin, Avidyne, and other major systems. Our capabilities include FAR checks, autopilot systems, transponder services, and in-house installations. We support avionics for helicopters, business jets, and VLJs, with experience in S-TEC Autopilot and Trig Transponders. Specializing in composite repairs since 1994, we hold structural repair approvals for Cirrus, Diamond, and Cessna aircraft. Our state-of-the-art hot bonding system enables efficient repairs without hot air curing risks. We handle minor damage to major structural repairs, maintaining airworthiness standards. Our technicians have decades of combined experience with modern composite construction techniques and regulatory requirements.
CAPS Replacement
As Europe's first Cirrus Approved Service Centre for CAPS replacements, we handle reefline cutter replacements and full 10-year repacks. Our technicians maintain original equipment manufacturer standards for Cirrus Airframe Parachute Systems. Yes, we're a Cirrus Platinum Service Centre, Daher TBM Service Centre, and hold approvals from Lycoming, Continental, Garmin, and other major aviation manufacturers.

Can you handle avionics compliance for US-registered aircraft?

Ive just had Garmin autopilot installed along with my annual inspection on my TBM700 at RGV. I want to congratulate the team at RGV for there attention to detail there dedication to bug fixing and not letting the aircraft out until 100% perfection had been achieved. Im involved in private aviation for 35years + and have been dealing with RGV the past 6_7 years and as maintance goes and customer service i would have no problem giving 10out of 10. Regards N 700EL

After 5 years of other peoples failures RGV finally fixed my PA32 Autopilot. Should have gone there to start with. Great job.
