Difficult to understand how a business does not communicate with its clients. Without discussing an issue, its implications are a feeling of disbelief.
An unfinished consultation and then seeking a debt management team to gain payment without any notice or intention from an invoice date in 2018
As a gesture of goodwill I expect much more than an underhand we to make financial gain. Complete the consultation process correctly
Leaves a really bitter taste. I'm sure it can be resolved amicably with good communication and not a devious approach after 3 years !!!!
