My Dad started his own Landscaping Business in 1975. The business operated from our family home in Norton. We had a small holding with barns and yard space where he kept his tools and kit and had a small workshop. From the moment I could walk I was out in the yard exploring, playing and helping my Dad.
From a young age I can recall spending many weekends helping him on site and relishing the opportunity to get involved and get outside. After leaving school I continued to work for the family business, but at 23 I decided I wanted to get some more training and experience and went to work with a much larger landscaping firm.
