Services
High Pressure Water Jetting
High-pressure water jetting clears blockages in drains, sewers, and stack pipes using environmentally friendly methods. Ideal for removing tough debris like cement or silt, this service avoids excavation and chemical use. Our team conducts assessments, clears blockages, tests systems, and provides maintenance advice to prevent future issues.
Drain Unblocking
Our drain unblocking service resolves internal and external drainage problems quickly. Using mechanical rodding and modern tools, we identify blockage sources, clear pipework, and disinfect affected areas. We offer testing, cleaning, and advice to maintain free-flowing drainage systems for homes and businesses.
Blocked Toilets
Blocked toilet emergencies are prioritised with rapid response times. Our team uses jetting or internal pipe cleaners to clear obstructions, conducts dye testing, and disinfects the area. We provide guidance on preventing future blockages caused by improper flushing or debris buildup.
Drain Tracing
Drain tracing identifies underground drainage routes and buried manholes using electronic tracking devices. This non-invasive service pinpoints collapsed drains or blockages, saving time and costs associated with excavation. We provide precise location data and maintenance recommendations.
Tanker Services
Our tanker services handle large-scale liquid waste removal, including grease traps and spillage cleanups. Using SEPA-licensed subcontractors, we ensure safe disposal at approved facilities. This service minimises disruption with rapid response and professional execution.

I had the pleasure of dealing with John and the lads a few times over the course of an extension project, for CCTV surveying and tracing existing drainage lines. Can't recommend highly enough. Quick response, helpful, thorough and the reports were to a high standard; perfect for submission to Scottish Water.

John and his team diagnosed a very complex problem deep under a residential block in the center of Edinburgh. Despite drains dating from the 1800s they brought in the largest pumping system I have ever seen and removed the problem. Not only are they highly professional, but they are a cheerful, positive team who deliver results. Highly recommended by myself and the other residents.

John senior went out of his way giving advice on the phone and via email. In the end he advised that I didn't actually need their services, so all this came free. Gold standard of an honest tradesman, can't recommend highly enough!
