Before you attend your sesssion at CIWW, all paddlers must watch our Park & Play safety video here. We put the emphasis on you having the skills and abilities to safely utilise our world class venue for one of the below sessions. Not sure if Park and Play is right for you? Catch the Barry or Bridgend trains from Cardiff Central and alight at Cogan Train Station. Then walk across Pont y Werin bridge to Cardiff International Sports Village. Hop on board the Cardiff Bus service 13 or 9. They run frequently from the City Centre and Cardiff Bay. Activities are suitable for age 6+.
