Ear Wax Removal
Our state-of-the-art microsuction system safely removes ear wax buildup. Qualified practitioners perform this service after pre-treatment with Earol spray. Available at multiple locations, this private service requires prior wax softening and booking for optimal results.
Weight Loss Service
Expert-led weight loss programs tailored to individual needs. Our healthcare professionals provide ongoing support, dietary advice, and medically supervised plans. Available across all North East branches with personalised consultations to address specific health requirements.
Pharmacy First Service
NHS-funded treatment for common conditions like cystitis, eczema, and minor infections. No appointment needed for advice on over 30 minor ailments. Pharmacists can prescribe medications under the NHS scheme, with direct referrals to GPs when necessary.
Supervised Medication

I went to Michies as a child and it has always been special to me. the service is second to none and it is so nice to have a local business that still offers a personal service. I had my two kids off sick with Covid this week, and Michies kindly dropped off medication to our home.

Great cup of coffee and cakes . Pity the store does not show prices of goods on sale very well. Felt like if you need to know the price you cannot afford it although the assistant was very helpful whilst also needing to keep an eye on the check out..

Superb experience today when getting my flu shot. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the process was swift and efficient. Nurse was superb and reassuring. Great effort!

I walked in this pharmacy today for the first time . I was after a specific moisturiser that I luckily found quickly, however I decided to have a look at other products, that I dont normally see in other shops. I am quite particular about my skin, so I spent a few minutes looking at the ingredients listed on a few items.
Moving on, the reason why I decided to post this comment was the fact that I felt so very uncomfortable as from the moment I walked in, one of the shop workers/pharmacists went behind the tills which were in close proximity to the moisturisers I was looking at and looked at

Friendly coffee shop. Fancy goods & gift floor well stocked. Pharmacy floor has also a fair variety of saleable goods. Overall staff on all three areas very helpful & courteous.
