Went with Wessex following good reviews from friends and families from several years ago. Something has clearly happened to cause the service to go downhill. Very stressful experience. Passed from person to person, not kept appropriately informed, not provided with all relevant documentation, documents containing incorrect information and incorrect addresses sent to us. Our mortgage advisors had to step in to help us move things forward in the end. Hopefully things will improve!
