The original Minilite wheel, was probably the most successful competition wheel of the 1960's and 70's. As the name suggests, it was originally developed as a magnesium competition wheel for the then revolutionary new Austin 'Mini', but its instant success meant that it was soon to be seen on many of the serious race and rally cars of that era.
A new iconic style was born, and to this day, all genuine Minilite wheels are made to that original classic design. Manufactured exclusively at our premises in the UK, Minilite wheels are 'Low-Pressure' die cast, in high grade aluminium alloy; machined on the latest CNC equipment, 100% pressure tested, and finally powder coated for maximum protection against the elements.

Minilite Mag Style Wheels are as the name suggests, cast to the same design as our famous magnesium winning wheels of the 60's and 70's. The orginal Minilite wheel made in magnesium was probably the most sucessful motorsport wheel in the 1960's and 70's and in its classic form the design is still winning historic races and rallies today.

Popular applications such as Ford, Mini, Volvo, TR, MG etc., are usually available ex-stock - others 4 - 6 weeks delivery.

Almost all our wheels are cast as blanks and we are able to machine a variety of PCD's (bolt patterns) and offsets. If the backface is forward of this line towards the front of the wheel it is a positive offset and toward the rear of the wheel from the centre line is a negative offset. We can calculate these offsets if you can give us the 'C' dimension otherwise known as the backspace as shown in the following diagram.
