Design & Construction
Report
Designed for your specific requirements, every one of our buildings is unique. During a site survey we will establish your design brief and asses the proposed location for suitability. We will advise you on all your material options including cladding, roofing, insulation and glazing. Your garden room will be designed using CAD.
Man Cave
Report
To design a man cave, somewhere to entertain guests and watch sporting fixtures on a large wall mounted television. To also provide occasional ancillary sleeping accommodation. Being on a level flood plain, site preparation work was minimal - a welcome change! However, given the makeup of the ground, the friction piles had to be particularly deep to get down below the soft silty soil to something capable of bearing the weight of the building.
Garden Office
Report
To design and build a garden office with two separate rooms plus additional storage and dedicated power supply. The building plot was on sloping ground and given the size of the building it was no small undertaking to level the ground and disperse in excess of twenty tonnes of earth. We then built a retaining block wall incorporating an approach ramp to a concealed doorway and steps down to the main entrance.

To avoid the need for planning applications, the majority of our buildings have been designed to not exceed 2.5m in height and subsequently fall under permitted development rights. However in situations where this has not been possible, we have managed all customer planning applications free of charge and to date, have a 100% success rate in obtaining planning approvals.
