When preparing artwork to be manufactured using a Laser Cutter there are a few points that need to be considered before you start. Please take the time to read through these resources before supplying your design. Vector graphics use geometrical points, lines, curves, and shapes to represent images.

We work on a queue based system where new jobs are added to the end of our queue AFTER the initial deposit has been paid. Our machine lead times start around 2 days, but during busy periods please allow up to 7 working days. Design times can only be estimated after a consultation. NO. we could give you a ballpark but please do not hold us to this as prices and times vary massively based on the design.

In order to use our laser cutting service efficiently, you will need to produce a file which tells the laser cutter where to act. A Bitmap file contains a pixel array which lists the value of each pixel; these bits can be either "on" or "off". Our laser cutter reads these bits as laser on and laser off.
