Fantastic service and very responsive. They were able to custom build and paint an louvre and a sleeve for my old Vent Axia retro style extraction fan. Part of the shipment got lost by the courier, CVE Shop (Combivent) could not have been more helpful in getting a replacement sent out within a working day. Now I have the missing part, I am really pleased with the quality and finish
