Holivans is a family run caravan park close to the resort of Mablethorpe. For a quiet holiday retreat we provide pitches for privately owned holiday caravans as well as a select number of pitches for touring caravans and motorhomes. We also have a select few dog-friendly Lodges & Caravans for hire and pet-free (for people with pet allergies) Caravans for Hire.

The Tow Bar above reception is a great place to enjoy a drink in comfortable surroundings, and is open to the public and also has Wifi connection. We are ideally situated adjacent to the most beautiful sand dunes and sea-washed sandy beach which are both perfect for picnics and play.

We are only three quarters of a mile away from the lively seaside resort of Mablethorpe which has a variety of attractions including, a range of shops, play centres and funfairs. Not to be missed is the close by Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre. In the early & late season there is the Motorcycle Sand racing on the beach.
Yoga Classes & Retreats

Holivans, is based directly opposite the golden sand dunes of Mablethorpe, and the beach is only a short walk away. On warm, sunny days we offer our yoga classes on the sea-washed sand on the beach itself! We have provision- in case it is raining- to teach our classes in the conservatory in the Tow Bar, which overlooks the sand dunes and our Park.
Leisure and Dog Walks

If your looking for some local walks or somwhere to exercise your dog then pop into the Holivans Reception and ask for information. Holivans has put together a series of walks that will take you up through the sand dunes and along the beach, where you can find such things as fresh water ponds, bunkers left over from the second world war and an old tank which the RAF used to use for bombing practice.

The Tow Bar offers you a place to relax with family and friends whilst enjoying panoramic views of the park and the picturesque sand dunes from the conservatory. During the evenings, you can enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, ranging from live artists, quiz nights, karaoke or bingo. The Lounge Bar, which also has Wifi, provides a perfect place to unwind while watching HD TV or play a game of pool in the Lounge Conservatory.

We provide a range of caravan accessories for both static and touring caravans including door catches, hook up electric leads, skylights, boilers and boiler spares.
